Hydrogen Plant in Bataan – SMR

CIGI's main production site for hydrogen is the Steam Methane Reformer (SMR) plant with a capacity of 500Nm3 per hour located in Bataan.

On-site Facilities

CIGI has the most number of nitrogen on-site facilities in the Philippines to provide our customers with reliable supply. These include on-site plants in Batangas City and Gateway, Cavite . These plants produce gaseous nitrogen for their host sites while at the same time producing Liquid Nitrogen for storage and delivery to other sites. The Batangas and Cavite facilities are capable of producing 8,000 m3 and 12,000 m3 per day of Liquid Nitrogen, respectively. Furthermore, an Electrolytic plant in Batangas with a capacity of 150 m3 per hour serves as a back up supply point for hydrogen. Currently, CIGI has 11 on-sites with a total capacity of 15,885Nm3/hr of gas.
