CIGI and SIG’s capability encompasses all aspects of supply and application of industrial gases. From cylinder gases to your own onsite facility, we can tailor a gas supply method or install a plant that is right for your process.
Bulk Supply delivered by road tankers
Gas required on large volumes often best supplied by bulk deliveries, either as a cryogenic liquid or as a high pressure gas. It is delivered by cryogenic tanker into the customer’s vacuum insulated cryogenic storage tank, sometimes called ‘vacuum-insulated evaporator’ or VIE.
On-Site Supply
On-site generation of gas is often best suited to relatively continuous, larger gas demands. We will install, own and maintain a gas generator on your site. Best of all we will work with you to ensure that any on-site supply has a suitable back up and emergency plan to maximize your production.
Pipeline Supply
Pipeline delivery may be a good option for high volume customers that are located near a gas plant.
Compressed Gases in Cylinders
The compressed gas supply packages and schemes are designed to provide efficient and cost-saving solutions for the diverse requirements of our customers. Aside from the standard 125-barg cylinders, we also offer the 200 and 230-barg cylinders with non return valves, disposable, refillable and one-way valve cylinders for refrigerants, and manifolded cylinders.
Liquid Supply
Liquid supply packages are also available in cryogenic containers, dewars.
Distribution Resources
Our market growth has been matched by a similar expansion of our distribution capacity.
CIGI and SIG have extensive network of distribution outlets capable of supporting the requirements from northern to southern Philippines.
We maintain the largest and most modern fleet tankers to deliver our products. We understand that most of our customers may have erratic working patterns making it difficult to predict their product demand. Scheduled delivery may therefore be unsuitable for these customers. Thus CIGI employs the Global Optimal Liquid Distribution or simply GOLDlite System, a distribution monitoring system, that is equipped with a functional database, stores historical data and generates logistic reports to optimize delivery of our products.
